Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C# and.NET frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and security in all backend implementations
• Optimize existing backend processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently in production and staging environments
• Document technical specifications and backend architecture clearly for team collaboration
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in C# and the.NET ecosystem
• Strong experience with MySQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Solid understanding of server-side logic, RESTful API development, and integration patterns
• Track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while managing priorities effectively
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying cloud-hosted applications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background working with distributed teams and Agile methodologies
