Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity centers on image data annotation, requiring both accuracy and attention to detail while collaborating with a distributed project team. Scope of Work

• Precisely annotate and categorize image data according to detailed project guidelines
• Review and validate annotations for consistency and quality, identifying and correcting any discrepancies
• Provide constructive feedback on annotation processes, contributing to continuous improvement
• Collaborate with project participants and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve questions
• Document annotation methodologies and articulate rationale for labeling decisions
• Adapt to evolving annotation standards and quickly integrate feedback into your workflow
• Meet defined project deliverables within established timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in data annotation, with a focus on image-based projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate annotations
• Proficiency in using annotation tools and platforms for image datasets
• Experience working independently on complex projects and meeting project goals
• Ability to adapt to new guidelines, tools, or project requirements as needed
