Job Descriptions

• Perform technical engineering tasks to support the technical team in achieving the company's business objectives
• Lead, manage, and train the technical team in system development
• Design systems to enhance the efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability of the company's products
• Possess a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networking
• Collaborate with the technical team to establish benchmarks, standards, technical guidelines, and other mechanisms for non-functional requirements
• Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs
• Create tools and resources to help the team work more efficiently and effectively

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Analyst in the multifinance industry
• Must have experience as a System Analyst in a multifinance company
• Proficient in planning, architecting, designing, estimating, and executing to ensure the successful delivery of software development to customers
• Capable of leading a team, mentoring team members, and ensuring tasks are completed effectively according to business requirements
• Able to communicate clearly, accurately, and effectively both verbally and in writing
• Possess in-depth knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks, with a strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a highly adaptive environment
• Proficient in GIT, CI/CD, virtualization, and containerization technologies, and capable of using issue-tracking tools
• Understand the Agile mindset and Scrum framework
