Job Description

  • Our client, a prominent U.S.-based company known for its wide and innovative range of construction and building products, seeks an expert to oversee and optimize lab operations and testing procedures
  • Demonstrate and present GCP products and their applications to consultants and architects
  • Resolve cement-related issues at batching plants and job sites by providing technical advice and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially with Technical Managers, QC Managers, and Optimization Managers
  • Anticipate and assess shifts in market demands for cement and materials, and prepare for required adjustments
  • Conduct training sessions on products and cement for commercial teams and customers
  • Ensure that both existing and new products meet the requirements of customers and projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the cement industry, with expertise in concrete technology and on-site troubleshooting
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in English is an additional advantage
