Professional Services Manager

• We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Professional Services Manager to join our team
• You will help clients set up and customize Connecteam based on their business needs
• You will integrate it with other platforms
• You will migrate data from their existing systems
• You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, improve business processes, and provide an excellent customer experience

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients daily to understand their needs and deliver professional services
• Configure Connecteam features based on client workflows and business requirements
• Integrate Connecteam with other platforms and migrate data from existing tools
• Complete client tasks and implementation activities independently
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integration partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth implementations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a SaaS company (required)
• Native-level English proficiency (required)
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and comfortable working with new tools and technologies
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Customer-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering quality service
