MISSIONS

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using.NET and NodeJS (TypeScript) for backend development and React/Angular (TypeScript) for frontend
• Convert outcome statements from the product team into technical specifications for the engineering team and ensure the defined outcomes are delivered
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in blockchain and crypto technology
• Complete the transformation of existing system into a microservices architecture
• Integrating existing system with a new crypto exchange platform

Profil

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead (Minimum 3 years experience as a Tech Lead for teams of over 5 staff)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of.NET frameworks, NodeJS, and TypeScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web socket connections
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
• Crypto/Blockchain Commercial experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Strong tech project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems
